Shipments
We work for the prompt delivery of your order. Shipping is free of charge for all deliveries within EU. The expected shipment time is 5-7 working days.
Deliveries within Greece
Deliveries within Greece are handled by Speedex Express. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days from shipment.
Deliveries within EU
Deliveries for all EU destinations (except Greece) are handled by TNT Express. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days from shipment.
Returns Policy
We accept product returns within 14 days from the time you received the order. The returned products must be in completely new (unused) condition. You can change any purchased product with any other product available.
For the approval of a product return you are kindly requested to fill, and submit to us the returns form

The payment of your order can be made with:
- Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery- only for deliveries in Greece (extra cost 3 € per order)
Acceptable types of Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards are the ones appearing in the online payment system. Transactions are processed in a safe encrypted bank platform out of this website. For any payment/order that cannot be completed we request that you contact our sales department.
